All appointments, dispatches, and emergency service calls are subject to:

Technician availability

Travel distance

Traffic and road conditions

Weather conditions

Parts and equipment availability

Safe access to the vehicle or job site

Customer approval of estimated charges when required

We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly, especially for roadside and emergency requests, but we do not guarantee specific response times unless expressly confirmed in writing.

5. Estimates and Pricing

Any quote or estimate provided by the Company is based on the information available at the time and may change if additional labor, parts, diagnostic time, travel, environmental factors, or unforeseen issues are discovered.

Unless otherwise stated:

Estimates are not guarantees of final price

Diagnostic charges may apply even if repairs are not completed

Mobile service charges, after-hours fees, emergency dispatch fees, mileage, parts, shop supplies, and labor charges may apply

Additional work outside the original scope may require customer approval

The customer is responsible for all approved charges, including labor, parts, taxes, service fees, disposal fees, mileage, and other applicable charges.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other written payment terms have been approved by the Company.

We may accept payment by approved methods including cash, card, check, electronic payment, or invoicing for approved commercial accounts.

If payment is not made when due, we reserve the right to:

Charge late fees where permitted by law

Suspend future service

Require prepayment for future work

Send unpaid balances to collections

Recover reasonable collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs where permitted by law

Returned checks, disputed charges without valid basis, or payment reversals may result in additional fees and suspension of future service.

7. Commercial Accounts and Invoiced Work

For approved fleet, business, or commercial customers receiving invoiced work, payment terms will be governed by the Company’s written invoice terms or any separate written agreement.

If no separate written terms apply, invoices are due upon receipt.

Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension of service, denial of future credit terms, or collection action.

8. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Customers must provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule service.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, dispatch fee, diagnostic fee, travel fee, or minimum service charge if:

A technician has already been dispatched

The customer is unavailable upon arrival

The vehicle or site is inaccessible

The service is canceled after travel has begun

The condition of the vehicle or job site creates an unsafe working environment

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle, issue, service location, and any known hazards.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe and legal access to the vehicle or equipment

Securing authorization to request service if they are not the owner

Disclosing known mechanical issues, hazards, leaks, load issues, or unsafe conditions

Removing or securing valuable personal property

Maintaining appropriate insurance where applicable

Ensuring someone authorized is available to approve work when needed

We may refuse or stop service if the working conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, hazardous, or materially different from what was described.

10. Roadside and Emergency Service Limitations

Emergency and roadside assistance services are provided on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary based on call volume, technician availability, traffic, weather, distance, access conditions, and safety factors.

We do not guarantee that every breakdown can be repaired roadside. In some cases, the vehicle may require towing, additional diagnostics, shop service, or follow-up repairs.

The Company is not responsible for losses caused by delays outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, third-party delays, parts shortages, or unsafe job site conditions.

11. Parts, Materials, and Warranties

Parts used in repairs may be new, rebuilt, reconditioned, aftermarket, OEM, or customer-supplied, depending on availability and customer approval.

Any warranty on parts is limited to the warranty, if any, offered by the manufacturer or supplier unless otherwise stated in writing.

Labor warranties, if offered, apply only as expressly stated in writing on the invoice or service documentation.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation

Overloading or accident damage

Customer-supplied parts unless required by law

Repairs altered or performed by others after our service

Unrelated component failures

Pre-existing conditions not corrected during our service

Except as expressly stated in writing, all services, parts, and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

12. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide quality service and professional workmanship, we do not guarantee that every problem will be fully diagnosed or repaired in one visit, that every repair will prevent future failures, or that a vehicle will be free from other existing or developing issues.

Mechanical systems can fail unexpectedly, and diagnostic conclusions are based on conditions observable at the time of service.
